A delivery option is available within a 10km radius of Glentana, Groot Brak Rivier, Western Cape. Delivery fees are a standard rate of R60.00 per order. Should delivery further than10km a quote will be provided prior. 

Small orders require 48 hours notice, if the order is placed within less than 48 hours an additional rush fee of R100.00 will be charged over and above the original price.

Large orders require a minimum of 7 working days notice, if the order is placed with less than 7 working days an additional fee of R150.00 will be charged over and above the original price.

The minimum order required is 12, of which 12 must be the same flavour.

Small orders require a non-refundable 75% deposit upfront to confirm the order and the balance is to be paid on delivery/ collection.

Large orders, being 36 cupcakes or more, require a non-refundable 75% deposit upfront to confirm the order and the balance is to be paid on delivery/ collection.

If the balance for a small or large order is being paid via EFT, the payment is to be completed prior to delivery/ collection and proof of payment is required.

All orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charge for in full.

Please note that once your order has been delivered/ collected, Cupcake Creations will not take responsibility for any damages that may occur.

Please ensure you complete the order form with as much detail as possible.

• If the flavour of the cupcake sponge is not stated on your order form, Cupcake Creations will complete the order in a vanilla sponge.

• All quotes exclude individual packaging, unless requested.
